I came away very impressed after our first visit to Dr. Neale and his staff. From a warm welcome to an unsolicited tour of all office spaces to electronic everything (appointment reminders, online payment options, etc. I was put at ease.
For my son, checking himself in on the computer, 'assisting' to compile his new patient record, pictures and x-rays, learning about earning rewards and playing in the game room all led to a good first experience at the orthodontist - always a good thing.
Truthfully, after personally meeting Dr. Neale in consultation I felt that I didn't need to look any further to find an orthodontist and you won't need to either. LMD
